Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
However, we stand behind the quality of our hair bundles.We will offer exchanges or replacements in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to Start an Exchange or Report an Issue: Email us at RDXtensionscustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace or correct the issue with your order. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
